We work in partnership with Interlink Couriers to provide a swift, efficient and cost effective delivery service.

We aim to have your order delivered to you as quickly as we possibly can.  Although this can be next day delivery please allow 3-4 days during busy periods

Our delivery charges are as follows:

Up to 20Kg  UK £10.00 Free Delivery:We pay the carriage when you spend over £150.00. (Pet Snacks and Special Sale Offers are calculated seperately. )
20kgs+   UK Based on volume & weight. We will call you once calculated We pay the carriage when you spend over £150.00. Over 20Kgs we will pay the first £10.00.


Where's my stuff?
Should your delivery fail to arrive within the specified period, e-mail info@makauri and we'll get your goods to you as soon as possible.

If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched by us, you will be liable for any subsequent costs incurred by us.
